Users

The "single" package permits you to have 1 active ad showing on the network at a time.

The "bundle" package permits you to have up to 3 ads showing on the network at a time.

Once your ad has been approved, you must wait at least 24 hours before you can request to change it.

All ads are subject to review and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Ads promoting illegal or harmful content will not be approved.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

Steedie reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

Partners

Steedie will aim to pay partners within the stated estimated time (7 days), however, there is no requirement on when withdrawal requests are fulfilled as extra time may be needed to verify code activations and payments.

Payments to partners are made via crypto.

Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their promotional activities, including, but not limited to, tax obligations.

Partners may not promote their codes in a misleading or fraudulent manner.

Steedie reserves the right to terminate or suspend partnership agreements that violate these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

General

Before attempting any legal proceedings, you must attempt to contact Steedie via Steam, Discord, and Twitter in order to try to resolve any issues before proceeding to the legal team.

Steedie makes no warranties about the reliability or accuracy of its services. Use our services at your own risk.

Steedie reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, which will become effective upon posting.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steedie from any and all claims, losses, damages, or other liabilities incurred from your use of the service.

Governing law and venue for any disputes shall be Bermuda.
